IZT – Institute for Futures Studies and Technology Assessment, Germany
The IZT - Institute for Futures Studies and Technology Assessment is an independent and non-profit research institute based in Berlin, Germany. For more than 25 years, about 30 employees have been realising research projects with a focuses on environmental, social and economic sustainability. Within this mindset, researchers at IZT also analyse developments and implementations of new technologies and offer assessments and evaluations of their impacts on economy, politics, the environment, social and societal issues.
